This week Lone Cone made its debut as one of Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work in 2019. Coming in at #17, the outdoor gear brand and Amazon marketer was celebrated for offering employees a number of perks including flexible scheduling, the ability to work remote, a downtown office just steps away from the foothills, gear discounts, routine “play days” for boating or skiing, and “Amazing Race” runs through Boise. On top of all that the company offers an unlimited PTO policy, giving employees the freedom to manage their own work life balance and take time when needed to hit the slopes, take a trip or just get outside.
“This is a first for us,” said Annalisa DeMarta, Co-Founder of Lone Cone. “We are beyond honored to be included in Outside’s Best Places to Work and stand next to some of today’s most innovative outdoor companies. It’s truly rewarding to be included in this group of like-minded companies out there striving to change the way we look at the modern workplace.”
