BOLLÉ LAUNCHES “VISION”, A BEHIND THE SCENES DOCUMENTARY EXAMING THE WORK INVOLVED IN WINNING AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

LYONS, France –  Bollé has developed a short film documentary that offers up rarely seen behind the scenes access to learn what it takes to win at the highest level.

The film provides access to World Cup French skier Alexis Pinturault’s support system, training regimen, travel and training schedule as well as what goes into decisions about his equipment as he brings viewers into his thought process during the grueling world cup ski season that resulted in Pinturault capturing the ultimate top prize in a nail-biting finale to the 2020-21 ski season. 

“The idea of creating a behind the scenes documentary is just one more way we’re trying to improve the overall customer experience by providing unmatched access to an athlete and what it takes to win at the highest level,” said Andrea Cappelletti, Global Sports Marketing Manager at Bollé.

The 17-minute documentary, called Vision, is yet another way Bollé is connecting with its audience. In addition to producing ‘Vision,’ Bollé has been leaning on other unique ways to stand apart from competitors and connect with its consumer. 

This spring the company is set to introduce a new lens called Volt+ which is a high contrast lens that was developed using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to evaluate 20 million different color combinations before determining the perfect lens. The brand is also using Augmented Reality (AR) to allow customers to not only see what its helmets and sunglasses look like on your face, but to then look out through Bollé’s top of the line Phantom lens to experience the highest performing lens on the market. This technology allows consumers to try on and try out Bollé at home and then place an order with a participating retailer.
