GREENVILLE, S.C. (June 5, 2013) – Bomber Gear, manufacturer of premium, technical paddlesports apparel and sprayskirts, is sponsoring the Steep Creek Championship at the GoPro Mountain Games June 6-9, 2013 in Vail, Colo., on Homestake Creek. Adding a twist to the event, this year the kayaker with the best carnage in the men’s and women’s divisions will go home with a Bomb Dry Top and K-Bomb Spray Skirt from Bomber Gear.
The GoPro Mountain Games is one of the premier outdoor sporting events in the world, and Vail, Colo., is the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts in all sports. Paddlers can choose between Homestake Creek, Gore Creek, the Eagle River and the Colorado River all just a short distance from town. The Games includes four kayak events including the Steep Creek Championship, the Kayak Freestyle Competition, the 8-Ball Kayak Sprint and the Downriver Sprint, so paddlers can compete in all kayak disciplines.
