Brooks-Range to Add Four New Tents to Spring '12 Collection

Brooks-Range Mountaineering, known for its high-quality mountaineering gear and accessories, will be adding four new lightweight mountaineering tents and a new Alpini sleeping bag to its spring ’12 collection. The Invasion, Propel, Propel 2D and Foray tents will appeal to mountaineers and serious backpackers who demand lightweight gear. In addition to the tents, Brooks-Range will also be expanding its popular Alpini Sleeping bag collection with the addition of the new Alpini 0° down sleeping bag. Alpini 0° Sleeping Bag –The Alpini 0° is the most recent addition to the family of Brooks-Range’s Alpini sleeping bags. This winter bag offers maximum warmth while maintaining a very light carry weight. Made with offset baffles for maximum insulation efficiency, the 31ozs. of 850-fill goose down is sandwiched between lightweight Pertex Quantum fabric that allows the down to fully loft. The Alpini 0° bag features a cloak hood, proprietary “halo” draft tube and neck collar for additional warmth retention, as well as a full-length side zipper for easy in/out.
