Santa Rosa, California — Building on its tradition of manufacturing revolutionary headwear for outdoor markets, Buff Inc., kicks off 2015 by introducing a complete collection of hats.
Buff Inc.’s new hat collection consists of 19 styles that range from lightweight performance models designed for high-intensity activities to fashionable, multifunctional models that provide warmth and après sport style. The line features a variety of silhouettes, technical fabrics and the brand’s signature bold, colorful designs.
The expansion into hats follows the lead of BUFF® founder Joan Rojas who revolutionized facial protection in 1992 by bringing a collection of seamless, tubular garments to outdoor enthusiasts. In the 20-plus years since, BUFF® has blossomed to become a multi-sport phenomenon, working with some of the world’s best fabrics, including Polartec®, Coolmax®, GORE Windstopper® and 100-percent natural Merino Wool. These fabrics, and the recognizable patterns of BUFF® headwear, feature prominently in the new hat line.
“Our new hat collection has all the style, personality and versatility associated with the BUFF® brand,” said Shirley Choi Brunetti, Vice President and General Manager of Buff, Inc. “This collection is the result of 20 years of performance garment design and manufacturing experience and our continued commitment to headwear innovation as it relates to every day function.”
All hats from the new collection feature the same technical fabrics and prints as Buff, Inc’s popular tubular neckwear and can be mixed and matched for a complementary look.
The new hat collection will debut in January at both the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market trade show in Salt Lake City, Utah and the SIA Show in Denver, Colorado.
