CamelBak names Jason Frame CFO and Michael Moore Director of Sales
CamelBak has strengthened its internal management team with two executive appointments. Jason Frame assumes the permanent CFO position, and Michael Moore joins CamelBak as Director of Sales for North America.

Mr. Moore comes to CamelBak from Thule USA, where he served as Manager of National Accounts and International Sales.
Mr. Frame, a CPA, worked with CamelBak for several years on strategic planning in his position as Vice President and Operating Partner with Bear Stearns Merchant Banking (BSMB) a leading private equity firm. CamelBak is a portfolio of BSMB which continues to oversee operational enhancements, working capital optimization and financial analyses.
Previously, Mr. Frame served as a Director with Chicago-based Alix Partners, a consulting and financial advisory firm. He also worked as a financial and investment analyst with CNA Risk Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Moore will be based out of Boulder, CO and will work with Layne Rigney, CamelBak’s Vice President of Global Recreation Sales, in Petaluma, CA. Mr. Moore’s work experience also includes positions with Lowe Alpine Systems, PlanetOutdoors.com and The Leisure Trends Group.
