(TORONTO, ON) April 12, 2007 – Canada Goose/Metro Sportswear Ltd., a Canadian manufacturer of the world’s best parkas, is pleased to announce the additions of Cascade Associates, as its sales agency in the Northwest U.S.A including Alaska, and Meridian Sports Inc., as its sales agency in the Midwest U.S.A.
Cascade Associates, a well established agency comprised of Jeff Boon, Adam Gossett and Julie Ham, has been successfully serving the Northwest Territory of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Montana, for over 20 years in outdoor, cycling, running and other high motion sports. In addition to representing Canada Goose, Cascade Associates’ portfolio of major brands includes: Hind, PowerBar, Timbuk2, Saucony and Feetures Socks.
Meridian Sports Inc., a reputable sales agency comprised of Paul Versaw, Marcus Thornton and Desiree Stilwell, will service the Midwest Territory of Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Nebraska, Indiana and Michigan. In addition to representing Canada Goose, Meridian Sports’ portfolio of major brands includes: Duofold, Kelty and Timbuk2.
