Cascade Designs Names Venneri Director of Dealer & Customer Services

Cascade Designs is pleased to welcome Lizanne Venneri, Director of Dealer & Customer Services. In her role, Venneri will help lead the outdoor equipment manufacturer’s mission to be among the industry’s most progressive customer and dealer service providers.
Venneri is responsible for training and managing Cascade Designs’ 21 dealer, customer service representatives and warranty staff. She will also be working with the company’s quality assurance, safety, e-commerce and IT teams to ensure that anyone associated with the brand from retailers to end consumers has a positive experience from purchase to warranty.

Venneri has been involved with customer service and account management in over a decade of work in the outdoor industry. Most recently, she worked as the customer service manager for Outdoor Research.

Venneri, a Western Washington University grad, is working out of Cascade Designs’ global headquarters and manufacturing facility in Seattle, Washington.
