CEP Wishes Meb Keflezighi Well in Final Boston Marathon Appearance

Whitsett, NC (April 14, 2017) — Meb Keflezighi, one of the most decorated marathon runners in the history of the USA and dedicated CEP team athlete, will retire after running his final Boston Marathon next week. By then, he will have racked up 26 marathons at the age of 42.
Meb became the oldest American to qualify for the 2016 Summer Olympics in the marathon category and is also the only athlete in history to win the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon and an Olympic Medal combined. He has transcended the anonymity that many elite distance runners hold in today’s running culture and is an inspiration and hero to many.
