Cooley Moves to K2 Technical Apparel Platform

SANTA ROSA, CA – The Technical Apparel Platform of K2, Inc. (TAP) announces the appointment of Marmot veteran John Cooley to the new position of Director of Strategy Development for TAP, effective November 15, 2006.

The Technical Apparel Platform of K2, or TAP, consists of the Marmot, Ex Officio, K2 Snow, Marker and Volkl brands. Cooley will be responsible for developing and monitoring cross-business-unit assessments, opportunities and markets of the T.A.P. brands, including supply chain and community sustainability programs.
