Salt Lake City, UT. (Apr. 26, 2021) – Outdoor brand and B Corp, Cotopaxi, announces four new additions to its team, focusing on strategic growth and brand development. To accommodate its sustainable expansion, Cotopaxi welcomes Cindy Grönberg Moldin as Vice President of Brand, Landon John as Director of Retail, Skylar Stice as Director of Operations and Carie Behe as GTM Marketing Manager.
Cindy Grönberg Moldin brings over a decade of extensive global strategy, brand management, advertising, go-to-market and leadership experience having worked on multi-billion-dollar brands at Procter & Gamble. Responsible for the global marketing and media strategy at Cotopaxi, Grönberg Moldin will oversee all aspects of the brand, including brand purpose, design, innovation, campaigns, consumer experience and communications. She will be tasked with developing and implementing a cohesive brand plan strategy to drive Cotopaxi’s brand presence and growth as it expands in the US and around the world while strengthening existing business strategies.
Landon John joins the Cotopaxi team as Director of Retail, responsible for overseeing the brand’s five Brick and mortar locations, sales and customer experience, as well as prospecting the opening of new retail locations in over 12 target markets. John brings 18 years of experience in retail management and brick and mortar stores. In his previous role at PW Companies, he managed the opening of over 25 stores in 10 different countries.
Skyler Stice joins Cotopaxi as Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing their current distribution center as well as the expansion of Cotopaxi’s fulfillment network. Skyler has led several multi-million dollar cost-saving initiatives in his prior roles at dōTERRA and Kroger and is highly experienced in lean and Six Sigma methodologies. With a deep understanding of warehouse and automated systems, Skyler will help improve the quality and speed of deliveries to customers.
Cotopaxi hires Carie Behe as the GTM Marketing Manager, responsible for brand strategy, marketing and communications. With a decade of demonstrated success working for leading outdoor brands, Behe’s passion for the outdoors paired with her marketing expertise make her an asset to the Cotopaxi Brand Team.
