May 28h, 2014- Chaos headwear, is excited to bring back CTR- Chaos Thermal Regulation, summer collection of functional, sustainable and performance oriented hats and accessories in its 2015 collection. First debuted at the 2013 Summer Outdoor Retailer show, this seasons’ offering promises a more refined and targeted assortment of designs, styling, colors and competitive pricing.

The CTR collection of technical summer active headwear has been in development for over three years and is derived from the continued success of the CTR winter program. Having applied a solid core of design features, function elements and purpose driven style developments, the focus has been narrowed down to an offering that targets customers’ needs and desires. By sourcing premium fabrics that help protect against the sun, wind and water, as well as liners and inner bands, that drive moisture away from the head and eyes, every aspect was considered by the development team. Further attention to detail can be seen in the applied trims; 3M™ reflective transfers, contrast under-brims, detachable draw-cords and elastic tabs.

Our CTR development and design team are extremely proud of this CTR summer collection and invite you to further explore all the detailed attributes that we have incorporated into all our active-wear garments.

Below is brief summary of the 2015 categories:

CTR Stratus – This water-conscious collection is based on our HydroMaxx and AquaShield fabric technologies with a waterproof/ breathable story and DWR finishes while offering fully taped and closed seams. This line features sombreros and bucket style hats for the most extreme in wet-weather conditions.

CTR Summit – Fabricated for full sun protection and comfort, each garment provides a minimum UPF 40 rating. Incorporating S.Café’® technical composite fibers into the program has resulted in styles with supple, lightweight and odor-resistant properties while providing SPF 50 standards throughout the entire product life-cycle.

CTR Chase – Our active lifestyle program meets all the criteria for running, cycling and fitness enthusiasts. These garments feature DuPont Sorona®, QuadraLITE and Coolmax® performance fabrics. Performance designed caps, visors and ‘skullys’ ensuring superior moisture management and retro-reflectivity abound in this category, meeting every conceivable aerobic need.

CTR Neox – This collection plays to our success with the Dri-Release® brand, through the use of Tencel® – a regenerative cellulosic fiber that is soft and drapey with complete odor protection via FreshGuard™. These lightweight silhouettes with neoprene inserts help extend the functionality of some styles, while others just help keep you cool and comfortable in any weather condition.
