CW-X Expands Patented Support Technologies for Fall 2006

New Stabilyx Tight Added; Insulator, Support Bra,
and Performance Tops Strengthened

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Wacoal Sports Science Corporation, makers of CW-X Performance Conditioning Wear (www.cw-x.com), will add a new line of stabilizing Conditioning Wear for fall 2006. The company will also expand its Insulator collection, Sport Support Bra line and LiteFit and Aquamove performance tops, and offer new colors for existing products.

The newest offering from CW-X is called the Stabilyx Conditioning Tight and will focus extra support on the knee and hip joints while providing lower abdominal and lower back support. Stabilyx combines key support components from its predecessor Expert and Pro models to provide a greater level of targeted support to the body in motion.

Beginning in fall 2006, it will be available in two colors, navy blue/gray and black/charcoal, for men and women. The suggested retail price is $98.

The Insulator line will now feature the new Insulator Pro tight with Tuned Conditioning Web support technology. This will provide insulated muscular support for cold weather conditions. The Insulator line also adds a new long sleeve Zip-T for women, and a 3/4 length Insulator Expert tight for men and women.

Also new from CW-X for fall 2006 will be a long sleeve LiteFit top for men and women, both with and without a half-zip. New colors, lilac and burgundy, will be added to the Aquamove line, and the Sport Support Bra collection will add a Firm Support model featuring a new modified Soft Support Web System for larger cup sizes.

All CW-X insulated support garments feature Auto-Sensor, a new nanotechnology fabric with thermal, moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating and anti-bacterial properties.

CW-X applies the principles of kinesiology – the study of human movement – to create a line of athletic wear which functions in concert with the body. Built-in patented Conditioning Web technology supports joints and muscles at critical points to enhance performance and help prevent injury and improve athletic performance.

Wacoal Sports Science Corporation has been issued patents for CW-X technology in Japan and Europe, with 15 patents in the U.S. alone. CW-X has been extensively tested and proven in competition by world-class track athletes, the USA Luge and Bobsled teams, cyclists in the Tour de France, and climbers on two separate and successful Mt. Everest expeditions.

Wacoal Sports Science Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan’s Wacoal Corp. (NASDAQ: WACLY), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of intimate apparel. It is headquartered in New York City at 136 Madison Avenue. For more information: 212 743 9662; jwilson@cw-x.com; www.cw-x.com.
