Portsmouth, NH (January 26th, 2015) – Dare 2b, one of the U.K.’s freshest young snow and ski brands, expands its U.S offering in 2015 with a new and redesigned Ski Sport line. The range is jam-packed with insulated stretch jackets that combine a modern sports design, clean and technical performance styling, with a retro, established look. The color palette mixes traditional tones with new directional brights, making for one knockout mountain look.
The new Ski Sport line highlights one of Dare 2b’s newest technologies for the ’15-’16 winter season, AEP Kinematics. This innovative technology analyzes the body’s points of motion during athletic performance to maximize garment fit for each specific sport. The new collection combines ergonomics with design features such as 360-degree stretch and strategic articulation, allowing for a full, unrestricted range of movement.
Men’s Outrival Jacket
Whether you’re exploring the backcountry or taking laps in the trees, the Outrival Jacket’s got you covered. Debuting Dare 2b’s AEP Kinematics technology for snow, the Outrival is designed to offer the wearer fully unrestrained movement, power and agility. Features also include a detachable hood and snow skirt, articulated sleeves, underarm ventilation zips, taped seams, and strategically placed stretch/technical mesh. Paired with a waterproof and breathable fabric, the Outrival is one tough jacket. Available in lemon chrome/ebony grey and mosaic blue in sizes XS-XXL. MSRP $325.
Men’s Dexterity Jacket
A jacket tough enough to handle whatever the mountain throws at you, without having to break the bank to do so. The Dexterity features a waterproof and breathable 4-way stretch fabric, taped seams, water repellent finish, articulated sleeves, detachable hood and snow skirt, underarm ventilation zips, technical mesh shoulders, and multiple interior and exterior pockets. Available in skydiver blue, mosaic blue, trek green, lime green, trail blaze, and black in sizes XS-XXXL. Black is also available in outsizes, up to 8XL. MSRP $220.
Women’s Composed Jacket
The mountains are calling, and the Composed Jacket urges you to get out and go. Debuting Dare 2b’s AEP Kinematics technology in the women’s Ski Sport category, the Composed offers total freedom of movement and agility. The shoulders and elbows are articulated to permit full motion, and the hood fits snug to rotate with the head. The Composed also features a breathable and waterproof fabric, taped seams, detachable hood and snow skirt, articulated sleeves, strategically placed technical mesh, multiple interior and exterior pockets and more. Available in airforce blue/seville red and fairway green in sizes 2-16. MSRP $300.
Women’s Exhilarate Jacket
A classic jacket with all the bells and whistles, the Exhilarate is a must-have for the serious mountain woman. With a waterproof and breathable 4-way stretch fabric, taped seams, and a water repellent finish, the Exhilarate is built to withstand the elements. Features also include a detachable snow skirt and hood, multiple interior and exterior pockets, articulated sleeves, adjustable cuffs, and underarm ventilation zips, Available in lemon chrome, freshwater blue, black, fairway green, performance purple, and electric pink in sizes 2-16.
