Longmont, CO – Deuter, one of the top backpack brands in the outdoor industry, announced today it has finalized the roster of its 2015-16 Brand Ambassador Team. These ambassadors will be sharing their travels and outdoor adventures on “The Last Mile” – Deuter’s informative and easy reading blog.

The 21-member team is made up climbers and hikers, mountain bike racers, skiers and parents of the next generation of outdoors enthusiasts. The roster represents the wide diversity of Deuter pack users.

“We’ve assembled an energetic and interesting team of ambassadors well qualified to help tell the Deuter story,” said Bill Hartrampf, president of Deuter USA. “I look forward to reading about their exploits, whether that’s a grueling ascent of a major mountain or prospecting for salamanders with their kids at a campground.”

Deuter’s ambassador team features the likes of decorated mountain bike racer Hans Rey, acclaimed nature photographer Daniel Fox, renowned mountain guide Karsten Delap, traditional climber Kathy Karlo and family adventurers like Rachel and Zak Farmer.
