The Dryshield 30 was one of several products chosen in the magazine’s annual gear guide.

The Dry Shield 30 pack uses a 500 denier pack cloth that is rated to 10,000 mm on the standard water column / hydrostatic waterproof test. This pack features high frequency welded and taped seams to ensure waterproof protection. The Dry Shield 30, 1850 cubic inch capacity, utilizes Deuter’s Alpine back ventilation system and features compression straps; ice axe loops, trekking poles loops, interior valuables pocket, and mesh exterior pockets. The pack weighs in at just 2 lbs 8 ounces.
