Drift Innovation Signs Snowboarder Scotty Vine to Pro Team

Eagle, Colo. (Jan. 17, 2012) – Drift Innovation, manufactures of high quality action cameras and the new feature-rich HD Ghost, signs Scotty Vine to their athlete roster. Known for his standout videos and featured photos, Vine will use the Drift HD Ghost to capture his innovative style of snowboarding.

This Southern California native is known worldwide as one of the top innovative snowboarders with a very unique style of riding. Rather than competing on the mainstream snowboarding competition circuit, he is focused on snowboarding media coverage and spends his seasons chasing the snow, capturing extraordinary video and photos everywhere he goes.



Vine has been featured in multiple snowboard magazines and just landed on the cover of Snowboarder Magazine’s January issue. In 2011, he won Snowboarder Magazine’s coveted Superpark MVP award. More recently, his Arbor Snowboards, Full Part 1 and 2 video edits have received over 230,000 views collectively and, in total, Scotty’s 2011 to 2013 video projects have seen over 1 million views.



In 2013, Vine will release The Postcard Series – a three episode online video project along with his Full Part 3. Filmed nationwide, The Postcard Series and his new Full Part will document Vine’s season and incorporate a variety of unique shots using the Drift HD Ghost action camera. Episode one is slated to release in late January, through all major snowboarding media outlets.
