DUNHAM NAMES BOBBY BERGE AS SENIOR OUTDOOR PRODUCT MANAGER
BOSTON, MA, MARCH 16, 2006 – Dunham announces the addition of industry veteran Bobby Berge as Senior Outdoor Product Manager. Berge comes to the company with 22 years of experience in the outdoor business and will be responsible for all aspects of the Dunham product development team including product marketing, design and research and development with a specific focus on the outdoor performance category.
Berge has an extensive career working in product marketing, development, and product launch management. He comes to Dunham from L.L. Bean where he held the position of Product Line Manager for Outerwear, Accessories, Underwear and Active Apparel for the past four years. While at L.L. Bean, Berge managed several successful strategic programs and introduced a number of new programs and concepts.
Berge began his career in the outdoor industry in 1987 at Eastern Mountain Sports as Product Manager and moved into different roles including Director of Wholesale Sales and Director of Internet Merchandise Operations, where he oversaw the launch of the EMS website. Berge earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from the University of Wisconsin/Madison.
