Eagles Nest Outfitters Inc.(ENO), creators of exceptionally comfortable, durable hammocks and many adventure travel accessories, is very excited to announce the debut of their new hand-built, custom booth at the upcoming Winter Outdoor Retailer Trade Show. Co-founders, and brothers, Paul and Pete Pinholster, combined their creative strengths, boating restoration experience, and Appalachian influence to personally create and hand-build an eye catching booth that is more than a place for products, displays and doing business, but a place to kick back and relax.

Pete and Paul incorporated several personal elements and influence in the concept and construction of the new booth, which has doubled in size. While growing up in the Florida Keys, the brothers’ parents worked as artists and writers while Pete and Paul spent years crewing on boats and developing a skill called bright WORK. This is a process which restores and extracts the natural beauty and shine from tired wood. Each beam on the new booth has been hand-crafted and carved to perform not only as a support but as a work of art. Being conscious of waste and the environment, the team recycled parts from the former booth and sourced locally whenever possible. They chose Hard Pine, wood native to the Appalachian Mountains, as a new material.

Construction of the booth parallels the theme of the ENO brand, and southern Appalachian culture – friendly, open and community oriented. Every member of the team pitched in during construction and industry neighbor, Astral Buoyancy even shared their warehouse as a staging area. “The most important element of the new booth was to create a comfortable area that encourages people to jump in a hammock and relax,” notes co-founder Paul Pinholster. “Pete and I started out by selling hammocks out of our van. We want to stay true to our roots, show southern hospitality, and let all attendees know they can come by the ENO booth to relax, hear a drum or guitar, and hang out.”

Stop by ENO’s booth, positioned at #16007, anytime during OR to check out their line of hand-crafted hammocks, tarps, rain fly’s, and fun unique outdoor accessories, and to meet Pete and Paul – who are not only success entrepreneurs but talented craftsmen.
