EASTON TECHNICAL PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT

Greg Easton, President of Jas. D. Easton, announced today that Shane Michelli has been hired by Easton Technical Products and will start as President in mid October.
Easton Technical Products, and subsidiaries including Easton Mountain Products, is an industry leader in premium outdoor sporting goods. Easton engineers and manufactures products and accessories for archery, mountaineering, hiking, and winter sports.
Easton conducted an extensive nationwide search for the new President of the Easton Technical Products (ETP) Division. “The manufacturing experience of the ideal job candidate is increasingly more difficult to find in leaders of today due to the large amount of sourced and imported product. “Shane brings a great combination of domestic manufacturing experience along with sourcing experience which will help Easton’s expansion into new categories” – stated Greg Easton. “Shane’s experience in our industry, along with strong sales, marketing, retail and manufacturing experience made him an ideal candidate and we are very pleased that Shane has accepted the position.”
Michelli will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah and shall oversee the ETP operations, which includes archery, mountain products, OEM, military, medical and custom tubing. “Great people and a commitment to innovating sporting goods have made Easton one of the strongest and most recognized names in the industry. “It is an honor to have the opportunity to lead the Easton brand,and to continue its commitment to domestic manufacturing.
