Elemental Herbs® Updates Award-Winning Formulas and Packaging

MORRO BAY, CA (June 19, 2013) – Elemental Herbs adds even more appeal to its award-winning skincare formulas with several product updates, effective June 2013. Among other improvements, the Pacific Mist Tinted Lip Balm is now available in a clear shimmer, the Sport and Kids Sunscreen packaging now accurately reflects the higher SPF 33 formula and Herbal Cool now conveniently comes in an “upside-down” 360-degree sprayer. 

Complete product updates are as follows:

Pacific Mist Tinted Lip Balm – Improved Formula

Based on customer requests, Elemental Herbs removed zinc oxide (and SPF) from the Pacific Mist shade in the All Good Lips Tinted Lip Balms line, for an improved product that provides lips with a lasting, smooth and clear shimmer. For sun protection, Pacific Mist can be combined with All Good Lips SPF 12 lip balm or any of the SPF 18 Tinted Lip Balms. It contains 92% certified organic ingredients and continues to offer the rejuvenating benefits of healing herbs, olive oil and beeswax. Other Tinted Lip Balm colors, which include Alpine Pink, Barnabe Rose, Maroon Creek, Red Rocks and Copper Canyon, remain SPF 18.

Sport and Kids Sunscreen Lotions – New Packaging

Elemental Herbs Kids SPF 30+ and Sport SPF 30+ lotions are actually SPF 33, and new packaging reflects this more accurate number. The formula remains the same.

Herbal Cool – New 360-Degree Sprayer

Herbal Cool now features a special “upside down” device that allows the bottle still spray effectively when inverted, an enormous improvement with no change to the product or price. 

In other Elemental Herbs news, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) gave a number one rating to all Elemental Herbs’ sunscreens for 2013 in the Best Beach and Sport Sunscreen category and listed Elemental Herbs All Good Lips Tinted Lip Balms in the Best Makeup with SPF category.
