Entre Prises Climbing Walls today announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Top 30 Climbing Walls.

Founded in 1992,Top30is a Spanish companybased inAsturias.They arethe market leader inSpain andNorway and well knownin theclimbingcommunityfor their involvement inthe competitionworld andteamof sponsored climbers.Their recent appointment as the soleofficial partnerof the International Federationof Sport Climbing(IFSC) and the organizer for 3 World Cup events has been the latest of significantaccomplishments.
This allianceis nota coincidence; the two teamsshare the same visionand adhere to thesame values.Top30 will thereforekeeptheiroperational autonomyand contributeto the developmentof the group by continuingto puttheir experience andpassionat the service of theircustomersand the development ofclimbing.
