Asheville, NC — August trade shows held in Greenville, SC and Killington, VT, finished up a strong summer for EORA. Drawing attendees from eighteen states across the region, the retailer and sales rep presence was steady compared to 2014.
Over 500 product lines were shown in Greenville, with 385 booths and 155 reps participating. In addition, a special screening of The Long Start to the Journey, a documentary film about hiking the Appalachian Trail with special guest Chris Gallaway, the film’s director, was very well attended.
In Killington, there were over 360 product lines, including 55 from the bike industry. The special performance by American world class professional freeride and trials mountain bike rider Jeff Lenosky was a huge hit, with Jeff staying late to sign autographs after the show. Next up for EORA are December shows in Greenville, SC (Dec. 1-3) and Ellicott City, MD (Dec. 9-10). Keep apprised of EORA news and events at www.eora.org.
