Men’s and women’s fall 2016 layering styles combine warming fabric technology with next-to-skin softness for lasting comfort in cold-weather destinations.

One of the biggest challenges travelers face when packing for cold-weather destinations is the space taken up by thermal layers in what would otherwise be a small, lightweight bag. ExOfficio’s solution to this problem is found in the new S° Warm™ fabric technology, which has been optimized in a collection of lightweight layering shirt styles for men and women.

ExOfficio’s S° Warm fabric technology increases warmth up to 5 degrees Fahrenheit by transferring the energy of the skin’s natural vapors and infrared rays to generate and retain warmth in a cozy microclimate between the wearer’s skin and the fabric. By retaining heat in such a soft, lightweight fabric, the shirts can be worn as an insulating layer on their own, or combined with a windproof outer layer for added protection and comfort, without bulkiness. SILVADUR™ anti-microbial treatment provides natural odor-resistance, helping the wearer feel fresh throughout the trip.
