(Buford, GA) October 2011 – Fueled by tremendous growth, designers of extraordinary, high-quality outdoor and urban gear, Exotac is proud to announce the creation of a dedicated customer service department to better support existing sales and the future potential of the brand.
One of the hottest new exhibitors at the 2011 Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, expanding the customer service department has become a necessity as Exotac has seen a steady increase sales on the heels of the show. The new department will be managed by Peggy Payne.
“Until now, everyone here has just pitched in to help with customer service,†said Rob Falkenhayn, president of Exotac. “But in order to keep up with increased orders and dealer support, we needed to expand. Peggy is a terrific addition.â€
Payne, hailing from Atlanta Georgia has spent the last five years at Harima Chemical, Co., helping make products based on active pine tree extracts. Payne brings her management skills along with her excellent customer service experience to this growing department.
“As we head into 2012, our sales team will continue working to establish long term relationships with key retailers and distributors, but we strive to improve the connection between Exotac and the end customer and believe this new customer service team is critical,†said Falkenhayn.
