Feetures! Supports Charlotte Running Community with Local Partnerships

Charlotte, NC – Feetures!, a leader in the performance running sock category, continues to broaden their support of the Charlotte-area running market with the announcement of two new local partnerships. For 2015, Feetures! is pairing up with the U.S. National Whitewater Center Race Series and Run For Your Life Signature Events to provide event support and product donations for running events throughout the year.
For Feetures!, the partnerships represent another positive step towards increased involvement in the burgeoning Charlotte running community since opening their new South End office last summer.
“Opening our Charlotte office provided us with even greater opportunities to connect with businesses that are supporting the local running market,” says Joe Gaither, Feetures!’ Director of Marketing. “Both the U.S. National Whitewater Center Race Series and the Run For Your Life Signature Events are integral to the Charlotte running community, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with them.”
Opened in 2006, the U.S. National Whitewater Center (USNWC) is dedicated to the promotion of the active, outdoor lifestyle. Featuring over 20 miles of trails, the USNWC hosts a series of running and multisport races throughout the year. Feetures! will kickoff the year at the USNWC Time Laps 24 Hour Relay Race, taking place May 8th – 9th, and continue to provide support at other running events during the year.
Run For Your Life’s Signature Event Series includes a variety of Charlotte’s leading running events. Feetures! will provide on-site support at the races, as well as the store’s “Run For You” training programs, which offers customized training for Charlotte-area runners.
On a national scale, Feetures! has also renewed their partnership with the ZOOMA women’s race series, which has six women’s-only races in destinations across the United States, for the second consecutive year.
