Footbalance Donates Cash to Soles4Souls Through Footbed Trade Program

San Diego, CA – Footbalance, an innovator in custom footbed technology, is pleased to announce a fundraising event at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market 2012 and the SIA Snow Show. At the Sell Your Soles event, Footbalance will donate one dollar on behalf of every OR attendee willing to exchange their old insoles for a pair of 100% custom-molded Footbalance footbeds. Each dollar raised will go to the charity Soles4Souls® to provide a pair of shoes for a man, woman or child in need.

Soles4Souls is a Nashville-based non-profit collecting shoes from the warehouses of footwear companies and individuals for distribution to people in need, regardless of race, religion, class, or any other criteria. They also accept donations for the “$1 equals 1 pair” program where individuals and businesses can donate any amount to outfit someone with a pair of shoes to protect from disease and help children attend school.

“People coming to the trade shows this winter know it’s time to upgrade their footbeds,” says Matt Kaplan, President and Managing Director of Footbalance North America. “So, this fundraiser offers up a great opportunity for them to make their feet feel better as well as their heart and soul. It really puts things into perspective.
