Former JanSport Vice President of Sales named
President of fūl, LLC

Memphis, TN March 3, 2008
Frank Fenton, former Vice President Sales of backpack giant, JanSport, a division of VF Outdoor, will take over as President of fūl (www.ful.com), LLC, the active lifestyle division of JALP, LLC.

Fenton managed JanSport’s North American Sales of backpacks, luggage, Trans, and collegiate-licensed product from 2001-2008 (achieving record revenue in 2005 and 2006). “I look back with fondness and appreciation at the seven years I provided a leadership role at JanSport. Now, I look forward to working with the talented team at fÅ«l. They offer a fresh approach to the backpack category by combining an edgy look and high-quality fabrics with compelling price points. It will be fun to introduce this formula to consumers.”

At fÅ«l, Frank will be responsible for the management of the fÅ«l and Sol Sport brands, as well as fÅ«l’s partnership with NASCAR for all backpacks, travel gear and travel accessories under the brand NASCAR “Powered by fÅ«l.” Fenton will be relocating to Memphis where fÅ«l is headquartered.
