Osage, Iowa – Snow enthusiasts have come to depend on Fox River’s ski and snowboard socks for decades because of best-in-class construction coupled with unique styling at a fair price. In 2011, Fox River will expand its popular snow series with nine new styles and over 25 new color options.

Designed for a variety of snowsport applications, the additions to the Fox River Snow Series feature the latest in full-foot spandex compression support and premium fiber technology. These newly designed, over-the-calf styles are great for cross-country, telemark and, of course, alpine skiing and are available in both women’s specific fit and unisex fit.

“We wanted to give our avid followers a fresh look and more comfort on the slopes,” said Jennifer Whitley, Brand Manager for Fox River. “The bold, vibrant color palette for the new styles helps reflect our enthusiasm for the category while the full-foot spandex compression support gives skiers more support and less slippage.”

New for 2011, Fox River will offer nine new snow styles — five women’s styles including one ThermoLite® Ultra Lightweight, one ThermoLite® Lightweight, one Eco Fiber Ultra Lightweight, one Eco Fiber Lightweight and one Medium Weight Snowboarding-fit; and four unisex styles including one Eco Fiber Ultra Lightweight, two Eco Fiber Lightweight and one ThermoLite® Lightweight — to compliment the existing ten snow styles.

A preview of some of these new styles include:
