SALT LAKE CITY, UT (April 20, 2010) – Thanks to a new partnership with 3point5.com, Fuji Bike retail employees are gaining brand and product knowledge online while earning deep discounts on products they sell.
3point5.com, which builds sites for the Outdoor, Snowsports, Bike, Golf, Team Sports, Tennis, Hunt/Fish, Apparel and Footwear industries, trains retail staffers using fast-paced, interactive online programs and “Edu-Games†that test employee knowledge. Fuji dealers can sign up for the training for free at 3point5.com.
Fuji, a storied, century-old bike manufacturer, is the latest of several cycling brands to partner with 3point5.com. The new training site delivers easily-updated online material to the Fuji sales force – enabling retail associates to quickly get up to speed on new product lines, technological innovation and brand positioning.
“The 3point5.com training delivers a consistent message to our network of retail associates in a convenient and interactive platform,†said Chris Mesigian, Marketing Manager for Fuji. “Knowledge is confidence, and a confident sales associate is a successful sales associate. And the integrated employee discount program is a great added benefit that helps keep them motivated.â€
The Fuji brand is a welcome addition, said 3point5.com CEO Duncan Robins.
“Anyone with even a passing interest in the industry knows Fuji is a big player in the cycling space,†Robins said. “We see this brand’s decision to partner with 3point5.com as a vote of confidence in our training methods.â€
