Geosource Sports to Represent Mountainsmith in Great Lakes Region

Michigan-based Geosource Sports LLC has joined Mountainsmith as the new sales and marketing agency for the Great Lakes Region, including Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. The announcement was made by Erik Specht, director of sales and marketing for Mountainsmith, the Colorado-based innovator of cutting edge packs, bags, and luggage. Geosource Sports is headed up by president, Mike George.

Mike has a long history of representing snow and outdoor hardgoods and accessories in the territory. Along with Mountainsmith, he also represents Atomic USA, Reusch, and Carrera. His sales experience goes back to 1990 with such premium brands as Volant, Head, Tyrolia, Osprey, SmartWool, Yakima and Pur. Mike’s goal is to develop and maintain dealer relationships in the region through a professional understanding of retail needs, promotions, merchandising, and regular contact with shop employees.
