Sunnyvale, Calif., January 10, 2009 – Officials from White Sierra are pleased to announce Gerry Zimmerman as the company’s Mid-Atlantic sales representative. Gerry is based out of New Paltz, NY and will be covering accounts based in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, D.C. & Maryland.
Gerry Zimmerman grew up across the street from the Ski Area at Kissing Bridge in Glenwood, NY and has been a Sales Rep in the ski & outdoor industries for over 20 years. During that time Gerry represented Dolomite Footwear, Pacific Trail, The North Face, Vuarnet and others. “White Sierra is the perfect line for me. I know many of their customers in this territory and the brand is so relevant for a wide range of accounts; Specialty, Urban Outdoor & Ski, it’s all covered by White Sierraâ€.
In 2004 Gerry started www.BikesThatHeal.org, a free community bike loan project, to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
