Glerups Introduces New Design and Rubber Outsole for Fall 2017

Durham, NH– January 9, 2017 –Glerups, producers of natural wool slippers handcrafted in Denmark, is pleased to announce the introduction of an all-new Tall Boot with Rubber Sole as well the addition of a rubber sole to their heritage styles. These new styles will debut to trade at Outdoor Retailer next week and will be available to consumers in August. 

The New Glerups Tall Boot 

The Tall Boot with Rubber Sole is crafted of Glerups signature Merino and Gotland wool blend with a double wool insole for custom fit. The breathable wool captures up to 35% moisture making the slippers feel dry and warm while the naturally occurring lanolin leaves your feet feeling soft. Unique features to the new Tall Boot with Rubber Sole includes front lace and back pull tab details. MSRP $195

New Rubber Sole: Available in Open Heel, Shoe, Low Boot, Tall Boot

The addition of the rubber sole to the Glerups collections brings the comfort of a slipper to the outdoors. The natural slip-resistant sole will be available on all styles in a range of eight colors.
