WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (May 7, 2007) â€“ Gramicci apparel, a core outdoor brand experiencing consistent growth and positive buyer feedback, today announced it has expanded its U.S. sales force with the addition of climbing devotees Steve Shrednick and his wife Bobbi Bensman, covering the Rocky Mountain territory, and Matthew Miller, outdoor industry veteran responsible for the mid-Atlantic.
Steve Shrednick and Bobbi Bensman, based in Boulder, Colo., previously worked with Cloudveil Mountain Works Inc., La Sportiva North America, Salomon Footwear, and The North Face. They are both avid outdoor athletes with long ties to Gramicci, having been loyal customers since the company started in 1982. Bensman is also a U.S. National Rock Climbing Champion, sports model and motivational speaker.
Matthew Miller, based in Greenfield Center, N.Y., brings more than 20 years of combined experience in the outdoor sales and retail industries. In the past, Miller has worked with Boeri USA, Lowa Boots, Scott USA, Sierra Designs, Swix Sport USA and Olin Skis. He is very involved in his community including the YMCA and Outward Bound. As with all regional sales reps for Gramicci, Miller will report to Matthew Kaseta, Gramicci’s new director of national and global sales.
