Granite Gear has promoted Dave Johnson to Sales Manager – North America. In his new position, Dave will take on the responsibility to develop our North American sales strategies in the coming years.

Dave graduated from St. Cloud State University with a master of science degree in wildlife biology in 1994. After working on a variety of research projects for the federal and state agencies, he joined REI in 1996 where he worked as camping department manager of the flagship store in Minneapolis.
With Dave moving up, we also have the great pleasure to announce the promotion of Cheri Henderson to Granite Gear Customer Service Manager. In her new position, Cheri will take on the responsibility of maintaining the high level of customer service our dealers have come to expect from Granite Gear. Cheri earned a master’s degree in mass communication from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 2006. She came to work at Granite Gear in 2007 as our specialty shop account manager.
