Grassroots Member Announces the 14th Annual NAT's Bikes for Kids

Known for quality outdoor gear, NAT'S Outdoor Sports are also known locally for their charity work. This year, the community marks the 14th Annual NAT'S Christmas Bikes 4 Kids.

Bowling Green, KY – Known for quality outdoor gear, NAT’S Outdoor Sports are also known locally for their charity work. This year, the community marks the 14th Annual NAT’S Christmas Bikes 4 Kids. Nat Love bought his first store, The L&M Bookstore, in 1971. Since then he and his staff have been working tirelessly to help their community in many areas.

You can help by donating a new or used bike at the store’s location at 1121 Wilkinson Trace. The bike shop at NAT’S will make any needed repairs and the Bowling Green Jaycees will distribute them to children throughout the community. Each year NAT’S begins accepting new and used bikes from November 15th until December 15th.

NAT’S Bikes 4 Kids story: NAT’S Outdoor Sports, Insight Media Group and All Hit WUHU 107 have partnered to receive, refurbish and donate bicycles to area children. In it’s 14th year, NAT’S has received and donated over 3,000 bikes. This year, the effort is sponsored by The Houchens Insurance Group, Scott Murphy & Daniel building construction specialists, Owls Head Alloys, Bowling Green Contractors Licensing Board and BB&T Bank.

NAT’S is a regional store with customers from all over south central Kentucky, northern Tennessee and southern Indiana. Nat’s now has 20 employees. Nat bought his first business in 1971; the L&M Bookstore located across from Western Kentucky University.
