Portland, OR–Grenade Gloves, one of the fastest-growing names in action sports, and the official glove partner of the Winter Dew Tour, is descending on Mount Snow, Vermont to offer free Grenade Army Enlistment at the East Coast leg of the Winter Dew Tour January 8th-11th.
The Grenade Army is a thriving online community more than 10,000 strong, made up of 13-25 year olds with a taste for adventure and fun. About 2,000 new Grenade Army soldiers sign up via the Grenade website each year, and receive “missions†to help them rise through the ranks. The missions can be as simple as sending in a photo of at a favorite skate spot, or something significantly more involved like spray painting the Grenade logo on a recruit’s car.
At the first stop of the Winter Dew Tour, in Breckenridge, CO, Grenade enlisted 1,200 new soldiers who lined up in the driving snow to sign up.
And at each stop of the Winter Dew Tour, a number of local Grenade Army enlistees are even chosen to help Danny Kass and the Grenerds elevate the brand by helping facilitate promotional events and generate crowd enthusiasm.
At Mount Snow, enlistment is ongoing during the Winter Dew Tour event at the Grenade Gloves booth. The Grenerds are also giving away gloves and apparel during drawings at 10:00am, noon, and 2pm.
