GSI Outdoors Taps GAMIC Sports, Inc. to Bolster Sales and Service in Quebec and Maritime Provinces

Spokane, Washington – July 23, 2016 – In preparation for its next phase of growth in Canada, GSI Outdoors, a leading supplier of outdoor cook- and tableware and related accessories, has just retained the services of Canadian sales group, GAMIC Sports, Inc. Headed up by two seasoned industry veterans, Ghislain (aka “G”) Leroux and Antoine Simpson, the sales group will manage sales and marketing functions in Quebec and the Maritime provinces, including New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. The announcement was made by Tom Hathaway, Director of Sales for GSI Outdoors North America.

With nearly a decade of outdoor industry experience, “G” and Antoine and their team of three, are well versed in the challenges of retail sales. They not only just sell product, they sell the culture of each product and are active participants in a broad variety of outdoor sports. They currently represent such prestigious brands as Black Diamond, Nemo Equipment, Sterling Ropes, AKU Footwear, Sherpa Adventure Gear, OCA Skis, Norfolk Socks, C4 Belts and Avatech.
