Gym Source Announces an Agreement to Acquire Seattle Home Fitness, Chicago Fitness Partners, PNW Commercial Fitness Sales and Utah Home Fitness

New York, NY — November 18, 2016 – Gym Source is proud to announce that it has entered into an agreement to purchase all 22 specialty fitness retail stores (collectively known as The Home Fitness Group) owned by Scott Egbert. These retail stores are located across five states primarily on the West Coast and Chicago.
Mr. Egbert will join the Gym Source management team, led by Richard Miller and Art Hicks, and assist in the continued growth of the company, including both organic growth and acquisitions, maintaining Gym Source’s status as the leading specialty fitness dealer in the United States.

The closing will take place upon completion of a final agreement of sale which is expected in early 2017.
