Cincinnati, OH – At the one-month anniversary of the tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon, Headsweats has raised $5000 for The One Fund of Boston through the sale of its limited Boston Collection of Race Hats and Supervisors. Headsweats donates 50 percent of collection sales to the fund.

“As runners and athletes ourselves, we wanted to show those affected by the bombing that we are with them. The Boston Collection was the best way for us to do that as a company,” says Mike McQueeney, president of Headsweats. “The response has been overwhelming. We’re far from alone in the desire to show the people of Boston that we care.”
Hats and visors in The Boston Collection feature a silhouette of the Boston skyline in red, plus the monogram B. The date of the marathon appears below the logo. The One Fund of Boston is helping those affected by the tragic events that occurred at the Boston Marathon and the days that followed.
