December 8th, 2009 – The Heliconia Press, leading publisher of books and DVDs on outdoor pursuits, is excited to announce the release of their latest DVD, Running: An Essential Guide. The DVD features accomplished runners and coaches Steve Sisson, Ruth England and Carmen Ayala-Troncoso, of the Texas based Rogue Training Group.
Produced in partnership with Rogue Training Systems and the Austin based sales group, The Genesis Agency, the Running DVD was developed to help both new and experienced runners train right, stay healthy, achieve their goals, and have fun. More specifically, The Running DVD teaches runners to run with proper form, create their own personal training program, stay healthy and avoid injury, improve performance, set and achieve realistic goals, optimize nutrition and hydration, develop a stretching and strengthening program, choose the right equipment and much more.
