Helix Lateral Trainer hits Clubs

Responding to overwhelming industry demand, fitness manufacturer Helix Co has announced the launch of a commercial grade model of its patented lateral trainer, the Helix HLT3000.

While treadmills, steppers, bikes, and ellipticals all work the body in a front-to-back plane, the Helix®, with its unique counter-rotating “figure eight” range of motion, allows users to work side-to-side, thus targeting their toughest areas while burning fat and conditioning aerobically.

The Helix HL T3000’s commercial-grade technology has been engineered to withstand the rigors of the gym fitness floor, yet its price point remains roughly half that of a comparable treadmill or elliptical, making it an extremely attractive alternative in today’s budget conscious world.
