High Peak Introduces Alpinismo Collection for Lightweight Backpacking

High Peak USA, (OR BOOTH # 34158), an outdoor gear company with a strong German heritage is introducing their Alpinismo collection that includes backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, and sleeping pads that are ultra lightweight and offer high performance benefits for backpackers, hikers and mountaineers. The entire collection will be available in spring 2011.

Alpinismo 45: The Alpinismo 45 pack is one of the lightest backpacks available, weighing in at only 2 lbs, 10 oz. It is the ideal bag for short trips; it features divided compartments for gear storage and easy access, as well as a unique EZ Hook adjustable harness system that allows users to customize the fit. The Alpinismo 45 pack also features an advanced harness system specially designed with a contour fit that hugs and conforms to the wearer’s body for a balanced load and comfort on or off the trail.
