American rock band, My Chemical Romance (MCR), set out on tour with a stop in Minneapolis, MN at the famed First Avenue music venue. After the concert, three employees from Minnesota’s own Duluth Pack were given the VIP treatment, as they were on a mission to deliver a custom made bag to the band’s new drummer, Michael Pedicone. To show their gratitude for the hospitality, Duluth Pack also provided the rest of the members (Gerard Way, Ray Toro, Mikey Way, Frank Iero, and James Dewees) of MCR with Scout Packs, the company’s most popular urban style bag. Each band member was extremely surprised and grateful for the backpacks. Guitar Player Frank Iero tweeted “just wanted to say thanks again, and I love my bag! Thank you, you guys ruleâ€. Drummer Michael Pedicone says his custom pack is “so nice, yeah!†Lead singer, Gerard Way first spotted an American-made Duluth Pack at the Dover Street Market in London while on tour and just had to have it.
