Horny Toad Debuts New Looks for Fall 2009 at Winter Outdoor Retailer

Santa Barbara, CA (January 15, 2009) – Horny Toad, the Santa Barbara based lifestyle apparel company, will be debuting its fall 2009 line in Salt Lake at the Winter Market Outdoor Retailer show. In addition to unveiling the product line, free music samplers will be available at the Horny Toad booth, and in an effort to not disappoint anyone who likes to have a good time Horny Toad will be hosting a party Friday night, January 23rd. Come join the fun!

Over 50% of both the women’s and men’s lines are new for fall 09. The philosophy for Horny Toad’s product designers is seamlessly blending style, comfort, function and responsibility into each style. The clothing offers a distinct point of view on style and craftsmanship, feels as good as it looks and offers versatility to be active and social on any given day. Fabrics for each product are thoughtfully selected in an effort to be as responsible as possible to mother earth and Toad consumers. “It is all part of doing the right thing.” stated Tami Snow, Communications Director for Horny Toad. “We’re on a journey to always educate ourselves and our consumers to substantially reduce the impact of our business on our planet.”

Some standout pieces include the men’s Jackson jacket, a striking new number that performs like a headliner but doesn’t call too much attention. Feature highlights include a herringbone polyester fabrication, 100% recycled polyester shell with DWR finish and a lining that is bonded to a super soft polyester fleece. The women’s Edie jacket is another new style that solves the ever-present question of What to wear? The insulated Edie is sensible for urban living and tough enough to be coveted by even the most winter-hardened mountain chick.

Horny Toad continues to celebrate and support the arts by offering a free music sampler of 16 of our friends who have played at Toad parties over the years.
