HumanX by Harbinger Proud to Partner with The 31Heroes Project on 3rd Annual 31Heroes Project – Workout To Remember

(Fairfield, Calif. – August 11th, 2014) –HumanX by Harbinger, a specialized line of gear for CrossFit and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), is partnering with The 31Heroes Project to celebrate the organization’s 3rd Annual 31Heroes – Workout To Remember. The 31Heroes Project created this signature event to symbolize their mission: tohonor the memory of our nation’s military heroes and their families through athletic endeavors and competitive fundraising events.
The 31Heroes Project was originally established in response to the Extortion 17 helicopter crash in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011, which killed 30 troops and a military working dog – many of who were U.S. Navy SEALs. Funds raised from The 31Heroes Project events – such as the annual Workout To Remember – go to foundations that support our nation’s heroes and their families, as well as to honor the fallen and ensure that their sacrifices are never forgotten.
During the 3rd Annual 31Heroes – Workout To Remember, CrossFit boxes from around the world will host the workout (WOD) that honors these lost warriors. Throughout August and September, participants will have the chance to take part in a 31 minute-long, partner WOD – one minute in remembrance of each hero – to help raise money for The 31Heroes Project, the Travis Manion Foundation, and theNavy SEAL Foundation.
As a key partner, HumanX by Harbinger is providing participating individuals and affiliates “prizes” based on their fundraising levels:
- Individuals that fundraise $250 – receiveX4 Competition Speed Rope
- Individuals that fundraise $500 – receive X4 Competition Speed Rope + X3 Competition Gloves
- Individuals that fundraise $750 – receive X4 Competition Speed Rope + X3 Competition Gloves + CoreFlex Belt
- Individuals that fundraise $1000 – receive X4 Competition Speed Rope + X3 Competition Gloves +CoreFlex Belt +HumanX t-shirt
- The top 5 affiliates that raise the most money will each receive 10 of the following – X4 Competition Speed Ropes,AbX, and Chalk Balls – and one 20LB Weighted Vest.
