(Fairfield, Calif. – September 15, 2014) – HumanX by Harbinger, a specialized line of gear for CrossFit and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), is proud to announce its sponsorship of the 3rd annual Lurong Living Paleo Challenge, which kicks off Monday, September 15th 2014.
The Lurong Living Paelo Challenge is an 8-week lifestyle transformation challenge designed to help individuals ramp up their fitness, improve their diet, build community, and raise funds for charity. Through a competition-style format, participants have the chance to win incredible prizes and gear from HumanX by Harbinger and other sponsors, including Lurong Living, Reebok, Life as RX, American Barbell, WOD Talk Magazine, and others.

Throughout the 8-week Challenge, participants will be setting and tracking fitness and nutrition goals using the Challenge’s proprietary online platform. In addition to completing 10 different WODS, participants will gain a more-in-depth understanding of the Paleo diet, take away new recipes, and achieve measurable results. A portion of every athlete registration is donated to charitable organizations including the Travis Manion Foundation,31Heroes Project, Barbells for Boobs and others.
