Hunting with Heroes Veterans Appreciation Weekend Celebrates 5th Anniversary

Bellingham, WA – McNett® Corporation is pleased to announce the 5th annual Hunting with Heroes™ Veterans appreciation weekend. Taking place this weekend, October 3-4 in Klickitat, WA, Hunting with Heroes is an all-inclusive weekend featuring VIP-guided fishing and hunting trips, free concerts, amazing BBQ and other great outdoors activities exclusively for Veterans.

Each year McNett, will the help of local sponsors and non-profit Home with Heroes™, sends 10 area-Veterans to a private ranch near Klickitat, WA for a weekend of comradery and healing. The event serves to honor area veterans and to provide an outlet to connect with other service members in Washington State.

“Home with Heroes exists to bring Veterans together in the outdoors to honor and thank them for their service,” said Home with Heroes president Jake Carse. “We never forget their sacrifice. We forever show our gratitude.”

This year’s event includes a special concert on October 3, by Jackson Michelson at the Canyon Market in Klickitat. Participants will also see special appearances by celebrities Jim Thurber (“Gold Rush”), Gary Lewis (Gary Lewis Outdoors) and Ronald Lee Ermey, AKA “The Gunny.”
