HyperStrike survey: Motivation likely to ebb without online fitness assistance

According to a recent member survey conducted by HyperStrike, a leading online fitness provider, a majority of people need help managing their workouts to ensure they stay motivated and on track to meet their personal goals.

SAN JOSE, Calif., April 10 — Spring is here and summer is quickly approaching, spurring many Americans to shift their workouts into overdrive in order to look their best for bathing suit season. However, according to a recent member survey(1) conducted by HyperStrike, a leading online fitness provider, a majority of people need help managing their workouts to ensure they stay motivated and on track to meet their personal goals.

According to the survey, 75 percent of respondents attribute their motivation and dedication to reaching their health and fitness goals to the help of a “virtual trainer” or HyperStrike’s online personalized workout program. Furthermore, 73 percent found HyperStrike’s unique 3-D tutorial videos demonstrating proper technique for each exercise as an important element of their workout program, helping to keep motivation levels high.

Conducted by HyperStrike, an interactive online fitness service providing members with innovative individualized workouts, the survey was designed to quantify the effectiveness of online fitness resources — an emerging trend in the industry for both consumers and personal trainers. Among members who have used HyperStrike for at least three months, 69 percent of respondents said they gained strength since beginning the HyperStrike personalized program, while 73 percent said they increased their overall endurance.
