I/O Bio Doubles up for 2010

Experiencing a breakout year, I/O Bio Merino has doubled up to keep up with its success. â€œWe’ve doubled our dealer base since the summer OR show, and have had to double the size of our booth at Outdoor Retailer to accommodate our appointment schedule,â€ remarks Tim Kelley, I/O Bio Merino Sales and Marketing Director. â€œIt was certainly a great moment to have the traffic overflowing out of our Summer OR booth, but the new location and larger booth will be appreciated by everyone, I’m sure.â€
The I/O Bio staff has doubled too, and they are doubling up in I/O Bio’s Boise offices but the company is already planning for outgrowing its current office location in the near future. New operations and dealer services and web support staff has been brought on board to keep up with the brand traffic. â€œWe’re adding the right people and positions and will be announcing some exciting talent in the near future,â€ says I/O Bio Merino General Manager, Greg McRoberts. We’re a group who’s not new to being in this situation and wearing many hats. It certainly is exciting.â€
The street inspired style of the I/O Bio brand has been a hit with its dealers who have reported excellent sell through in both its Signature-lifestyle series and Contact-baselayer offerings.
